HorsePower & Natural Leadership ^TM Licensed Partner Certification Program

To become a Licensed Partner of HorsePower & Natural Leadership ^TM, you have to attend the Diploma Facilitator program with Basic Training 1-3, the Extended Training 1-3 and practice as a facilitator at 3 client sessions.

As a licensed partners you are included in a context that is front edge of Horse Assisted Education World Wide. Our intention is to create a community based on sharing experiences and our aspiration is to create a learning system in collaboration. The education program includes 6 two days training sessions, facilitation practice in a client workshop, access to training materials, additional training programs to a reduced price, sales materials and marketing campaigns, mentor support and connections to our network of trainers , on the member pages of www.hpnl.se

The HorsePower & Natural Leadership ^TM Licensed Partners Certification Program always starts with Basic Training 1 – Natural Leadership. There is no specific order of attending the other training sessions. After attending the 3 Basic Training sessions you can graduate as a Diploma Facilitator.

Extended Training  1 - Team Building
In this workshop you learn how to read group dynamics, understand and use different leadership positions in different situations and to create a supportive structure for your team. You learn to work with the team and the horses in various exercises. As a part of the herd you will increase the awareness of your own and others' energies.

Extended Training 2 - Change Navigation

With appreciative questions (Appreciative Inquire) and horses that reflects your ability to lead in times of strong changes, we will bring out the positive, and create sustainable change. Together with horses, we create a neutral space for the positive in a change situation. Change leads to –the end – something new and better.

Extended Training 3 - Goals and visions
Reaching goals overcoming obstacles is a process. The result you get depends on your values, your attitudes and what actions you take. You will learn how to rely on the horse's response as a feedback on your goals and obstacles. A goal is one thing, a personal vision another, and a shared vision something else, but a goal is always a goal.
