Introduction to Natural Leadership - BT 1 - is the first step to all trainings in HAE and HAC

The course is a prerequisite to become a HorsePower & Natural Leadership^TM Diploma Facilitator, Licensed Partner, Horse Assisted Coach and a qualified EAHAE (European Association for Horse Assisted Education) member.

We encourage diversity and personalization of any approaches but want certain core elements within the Horse Power & Natural Leadership:

·    The horse is the trainer and the coach

·    A Horse Assisted Facilitator or Coach support the client and horse in the learning process.

·    All horse - human interactions/exercises honor the horse and the human equally.

·    The interaction is designed to support learning and result

This 2-day seminar, gives you the broad perspective and the knowledge about how the horse can be an import part in the learning process, as a teacher in professional and personal development.
