Since 2002 Kerstin is the owner and CEO of TRÄFALLETAB, 3falls Executive Coaching&Consulting,
Sweden. This is
her platform for delivering Leadership Coaching, Team Coaching and Personal
Empowerment in collaboration with leaders in all industries.
Kerstin is a certified coach with ICF. She is working as an independent
subcontractor to several international coaching organisations such as TGCP-
Business Coaching and Lore International Institute. Kerstin is also the proud
founder of “ 3falls Horsepower & Natural Leadership “ TM, performing
horse assisted professional development as a partner of HorseDream GmbH
and EAHAE.
Kerstin
