Horsepower & Natural Leadership™ is the platform for Horse Assisted Education in Sweden

Bringing horses and people together with the purpose to learn and grow is both exciting and serious. To facilitate in Horse Assisted Education necessary skills and competence is required regarding both horses and humans. In Horsepower & Natural Leadership™, we put safety first and we have great respect for both man and horse's emotional, physical and spiritual sensitivity.

The main task for a facilitator in Horsepower & Natural Leadership™ is the ability to create a framework for the learning process making the client experience the right things. The horse is always the teacher.

The purpose of Horsepower & Natural Leadership™ is to make  the concept accessible to clients and facilitators, ensuring the quality of education, to collaborate and share knowledge between the partners and facilitators in Sweden, in Europe and the World.

A Licensed Partner of Horsepower & Natural Leadership has access to all of the jointly developed and internationally proven training courses for personal and professional development. A diploma facilitator has an basic education. Both licensed partners and diploma facilitators are   eligible to ally for full membership of EAHAE European Association for Horse Assisted Education.

Licensed Partners of Horsepower & Natural Leadership™, are entitled to use HPNL training materials, marketing materials and brand. We promote Horse assisted Education in Sweden.

Horse Assisted Education HAE in Sweden is a non profit organisation of Diploma Facilitators.

HorsePower & Natural Leadership™ is an independent training organisation owned by Träfallet AB and 3falls Coaching.
